  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer; you will be notified of any additional processing time.

2. Shipping

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $1000.

3. Packaging

  • All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. This includes protective wrapping, sturdy boxes, and padding as needed.

4. Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through our carrier’s website.

5. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times and costs vary based on destination. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at megankashat@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your artwork in perfect condition.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
